We accept returns of the U.S. orders within 14 days of the date the order was shipped.
Returns will be subject to a $5 restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund.
Products must be returned unopened, unused, in their original condition with the unbroken seal and the unbroken box if the box is part of the
original product packaging.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above criteria.
2. HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN
To request a return please email us at email@example.com for a return authorization number (RA#) and shipping address. Please include your invoice/slip with your package. The package must be mailed within 5 business days after obtaining the RA#. Please allow 7 – 14 business days
from the day we receive your package for processing your return and your refund. The shipping is paid by the customer and is not refundable or will
not be included in the refund.
We refuse to accept returns which are mailed without RA# or the invoice/slip.
Once your return is received and inspected we will process the refund and apply to the original method of payment. If your return does not meet the
mentioned criteria and is declined you will be notified by email.
