2. PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed pending item availability and payment approval. During high volume periods, product availability may be subject to change
while your order is being processed.
Most orders placed Monday through Friday will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days.
Orders placed on Friday or over the weekend will start processing on Monday and ship within 1-2 business days.
3. INTERNATIONAL. ORDERS
We ship only within the USA including Alaska and Hawaii. However, if you are interested in our products and you reside in a foreign country please contact us at email@example.com.
4. ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail notification containing the shipment tracking information.
5. PAYMENT OPTIONS
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Discover, AMEX, Diners, CUP and JCB.
6. UPDATING ORDERS
Orders cannot be changed or updated once they are placed as they immediately start processing. If you'd like to add another item to your order,
please place a new order for the item.
7. ORDER CANCELLATIONS

It is possible that your order may be cancelled during high volume periods due to inventory selling out. We recommend try placing your order again.
If your order is cancelled, all charges will be automatically refunded.
8. CHANGING SHIPPING ADDRESS
Shipping addresses cannot be changed. We will only ship to the shipping address entered when the order was originally placed.
We offer free shipping on all orders over $ 65 in the USA. For the orders which are less than $ 65 we charge the shipping fee of $4.99.
2. SHIPMENT TRACKING
You can track your order with the tracking information provided in your shipment notification e-mail.
3. LOST or STOLEN PACKAGES
We are not liable if any packages are lost or stolen. Please check your property or with your neighbors help locate the package. If your tracking
number shows your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please contact your carrier to file a claim. Please contact us with your claim
number and we can work together on a resolution. We ask that you wait 48 business hours after your tracking shows as delivered to file any claim
as usually the packages do deliver during that time.
4. DELIVERY DELAYS
We are not liable for delivery delays which could be caused due to various reasons including the severe weather conditions like storms, snow
storms, heavy snow falls etc.
